Calling Pics

I have a Excel Data Base with pics, the question is how I can call
picture using the VLOOKUP function, in another words how I can cal
this picture writing the code of this picture in a cell?

You can't call the pictures with a function. You may want
to take a look at J.E. McGimpsey's website. He has an
example of using a validation drop-down list with VBA in
the background to call pictures.
