Callouts with fixed angles

Is there any way to fix the angle between the slanted and horizontal segments
(or slanted and zero degree reference) of a callout stencil (Callout .89)? I
typically bring multiple callouts into a single drawing and keep the angle
associated with the slanted segment at sixty degrees and stager the lengths.
In order to do this I bring in a reference callout and position the slanted
section of the callout to a desired angle. Then I bring in additional
callouts which will include text into the drawing and physically move these
new stencils on top of the reference callout in order to achieve the desired
angle and adjust the length of the slanted segment. I have explored the
option of entering information into the size and position window, but when
you select a callout and enter a desired angle into the allotted field it
actually measures it from the tip of the callout to the end of the horizontal
section. This causes problems when different lengths are entered in the
window, because it will change the angle of the slanted segment in relation
to the zero degree reference of the callout. I have read through multiple
books and searched the internet to no avail. Is there any way to “fix†the
angle of the slanted section while still being able to change that segment
length for that particular callout (callout .89) or create a new callout that
possesses that capability?
