Calulate "Start Date" by subtracting "Duration" from "End Date"

I'm trying to calulate a "Start Date" by subtracting "Duration" from "End
Date". Here's where I'm stuck. I want the "Duration" to represent business
days rather than calendar days. Right now, for example, Monday - 1 = Sunday
where I want Monday -1 to equal Friday. Any thoughts?
