Campaign emails not sent, remain in drafts folder

We recently ran a campaign which included about 1000 contacts. The campaign
emails were sent over to Outlook and processed through the Drafts folder.
100 or so of these emails; however, remain in the drafts folder and were
never sent. We have done these campaigns before (although possibly with
fewer contacts) and this issue did not occur. Does anyone know what is going
on? Is there a maximum to how many emails can be processed?

On a side note...if this is going to happen with larger campaigns; is there
a configuration we can do to automatically process draft emails?

Maybe I misunderstand but it seems a little odd to have used mail merge, or
whatever, and placed the msgs in drafts, as apposed to the send/outbox
Outlook itself doesnt do anything with msgs in Drafts

We are using a MS Dynamics AX CRM that creates the campaign targets. All the
emails/contacts are sent over to Outlook. For whatever reason the messages
get routed to the drafts folder for processing.

Outlook, itself, does not do anything with msgs placed in Drafts, they
remain there until either opened and sent, or moved.
