can ı get contacts list from yahoo or hotmail mail servers?

i'm using outlook to get my mails on computer from yahoo and hotmail.but i
can't get contacts list from there.how can i get thet list?

Yahoo, yes. Open your Contacts screen and click the Import/Export link at
the upper right. For Hotmail, unless you're using the Outlook Connector, I
don't think it's possible.
