Can 1 recipent receive mail at 2 Outlook locations?

Can 1 recipent receive mail at 2 Outlook locations? i.e. JohnQ sends
[email protected] email. JoeT wants to receive this email at his house and
his office. Can Outlook handle this or is it a function of the ISP?

Both, more or less.

A) Use IMAP rather than POP.
or
B) Tell Outlook to leave a copy of the messages on the server.
