Can 1 recipient receive at 2 Outlook locations?

Can 1 recipient receive at 2 Outlook locations? For example; JohnT wants to
send [email protected] email. JoeQ wants to receive this email at his home
Outlook location and his Office location. Is this a function of his Outlook
or his ISP?
