Can a Custom Contact Form be set as default across the entire company?

I'm creating a custom Contact Form for my company to use in the Public
Folder "Corporate Contacts". I want to give our Administrator the most
straightforward approach to make sure that when users open a New Contact
that they only see the new form. Is this possible? I've combed the
slipstick site and if the answer is there, it is over my head.

It's there on the http://www.slipstick.com/dev/newdefaultform.htm. Publish your form to that folder, make it the default for the folder, and make it the only form allowed in that folder. When the user goes to that folder and clicks New, they'll get a new contact with your custom form that will automatically save in the public folder.
