Can a OneNote Link Be Added to Outlook?

I would like to be able to quickly access OneNote from Outlook directly
rather than from Quick Launch but I can't figure out a way to add a link or
folder. Anyone know how do do this? Thanks!

*WHERE* in Outlook do you want to have the link(s)?

No reason why you can't paste a OneNote URL anywhere in your system.
Put your cursor wherever in OneNote you want to go, then right-click
and select "Copy hyperlink to this paragraph." That puts a URL to
that exact location into your clipboard. Then go to Outlook and paste
it.
