I want to set up a rule using the rules wizard in outlook to remove all
previous messages (sent and received) from a conversation/thread
automatically when a new message is received. If the message contained an
attachment then it would not be deleted.
The "delete a conversation" action does not appear to do this unless I set
it up for a specific To:, CC: or Subj: etc. for each conversation which
defeats the purpose of automating the cleanup.
Anybody know how to make this work?
