I am working on Project Server 2007 with PWA. Currently, a notification will
be sent to project owner once task progress updated.
Can more than 1 people receive this notification once any change happenned?

Thanks in advance,

There's no way to send the notifications to more than one person without
using custom software development. Hope this helps.

Hi, Dale,

This is a clear answer. OK, But can different task update notification be
sent to different person? How can I set it?

Thanks in advance,

Might be

One task update can only be sent to one project manager. But in one project,
different task updates could be sent to different project manager. By setting
the task "status manager" to different people, you could achieve that.

Hope it is helpful.

Thanks Might be, I knew this is the way. But how can I add more people into
pull-down list of Status Manager while keep Project Owner unchanged?
Thanks in advance,

Hi:
At the first time, instead of the project owner, the other people who need
to manage some of the tasks need to open the project and set the status
manager himself/herself. Afterwards, even when the project owner open the
project, he/she can see the new people in the list.
