Can a white background in a B/W image turn clear in Publisher3000?

is there anything similar to the magic wand in Adoby Photoshop? I'm trying to
have only the black image sit over a colored background (by clearing the

I haven't tried Publisher 3000, as it's not due to be released for
another 994 years. Publisher 2002 and 2003 can do this with the
Transparency Wand, found on the Picture toolbar.

Clicking the "Set Transparent Color" icon on
your Picture Toolbar, and then clicking a color
in the picture may be what you are seeking.
