Can Access 2000 be installed with Office 2003 student teacher edit

I recently received a new laptop and copy of Office 2003 (Student Teacher
Edition). I loaded Office 2003 and realized that it did not include Access.
I have Access 2000 that I can install, but I want to know if any conflicts
will arise by loading after Office 2003 has been installed?
