Since everyone's e-mails are in Project Server so they can receive updates,
it would seem as though it should be possible to send everyone (or everyone
in a Group) an e-mail from the Administrator, such as announcing system
downtime. I don't see a way to do this directly. (Am I missing something?) Is
there another way to accomplish this? I'm trying to avoid having to set up a
separate "group" alias within the e-mail system, because I'm afraid I'll
never keep them in sync. I could modify the homepage, but that is awkward,
Pro users don't always login to PWA frequently, and if users click the links
in their e-mails, they bypass the homepage. If I could send a broadcast
e-mail to all users, or just to all Project Managers, that would be ideal. Is
there a way to do this?
Thanks!!
