Pls inform me, can I send a details of database which I have to make. Would
appreciate in case somebody create it and send it back to me after completing.

to make your database from scratch please look somewhere else.

What's your budget, Kutty? Do you want a turnkey solution (if so do
you have *detailed, thorough, and accurate specifications*), help
designing your own database, a collaborative development, or what? Do
you want a one-user, three-table, no fancy features quick job, or an
enterprise-scale networked professional product?

This could be anything from $1O0 or so to tens of thousands of
dollars, depending on the requirements. But you're not likely to get
someone to do it for you for free.
