Can anyone help me put together a sponsorship packet?

I am needing to create a packet to present to companies to sponsor an event.
Are ther any templates or something basic I can use?

I wouldn't want to buy anything from a company that can't come up with a
sales/sponsoship packet they can't put together themselves. Speaks loads
about their product and capabilities, IMHO ;-)
