Try reading these KB Articles. The first was written for FP2000 but should
also apply to FP2002.

Dumb question here from 58yr old FrontPage2002 gent.... Why don't you just
use the Publish feature of FrontPage?? If the server that you are publishing
to doesn't have FrontPage extensions you would be well served to go to
hosting company that supports FrontPage.
