Can business contacts manager be synchronised with Palm Pilot?

I can get synch with Outlook contacts but not Business Contact Mngr. Can BCM
be sync with handhelds or do I need to run two (very inconvenient of course)
contact databases?

The Chapura product runs on Palm OS devices only. I haven't used it, but it
is supposed to synch BCM contacts only (last time I checked), not accounts or
opportunities.

I just tried Pocket OnSchedule (WindowsCE devices only) - and it does seem
to synch BCM Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. For some reason, it did
not synch any history or linked items. I'm not sure why, because you can
create those items on the handheld with the program, but they don't synch
(and existing history items don't synch to the handheld).

IMHO, neither solution is perfect, but if you have to have some key BCM data
on a handheld it appears either one will help. FWIW, BCM v2 is supposed to
allow synching to a PPC, though early reports say that it is only 1 way - PC
to PPC. Hopefully that will change by the time MS releases it.

Finally, it's kind of a pain, but you can just copy your BCM contacts to
your main OL contacts folder, and then they will synch to whatever PDA you
use. I did that for awhile, and just put them all into a "BCM" category so I
could keep them straight. Trying to keep them up-to-date can get tiresome,
however...
