Can Combo Box Output Be Redirected?

Hello forum members. I have a form that uses a combo box
to display queries for anniversaries. It works fine, but
I would the results to show up as labels to be printed
instead of popping up in a separate window.

Example: When I click on January Anniversary the results
appear in another window with field names, ect. What I
would like to happen is have results appear in report
format so it can be sent to a label printer.

Is this possible?

Yes. It is possible. Obviously, when you click on "January Anniversary"
something is being done to make "the results appear in another window". I'd
guess it is a DoCmd.OpenForm in the AfterUpdate event of that Combo Box.
Change the DoCmd.OpenForm to a DoCmd.OpenReport for a Report designed to
print labels, passing the necessary criteria (the same, probably as for the
OpenForm). You'll have to create the Report to print the labels, and make a
query to use as its RecordSource.

Thanks a million for pointing me in the right direction.
After fiddling around with the code in VB editor
everything now works as I wanted it to. Mr Linson you are
a god send.
