can comments move themselves when you hide columns?

Comments in an Excel sheet seem to absolutely positioned, so that when I
hide some of the columns in my sheet, the comments stays where it was, way
off to the right of the columns that are still visible. Is there anything I
can do about this?

I've never seen a way to keep them where they belong.

But Debra Dalgleish posted some code to move them back when they get too
rambunctious.
