Can excel alphabetically arrange names entered?

I need to put together an address book in excel, but I dont know how to do it
alphabetically.

Select all the rows and columns, click on Data ... Sort and tell the dialog
which column you want to sort on. If you need more information, it may be
wise to ask in an Excel group instead of an Access one.
