Can fonts be embedded into a Publisher 2000 website?

Can fonts be embedded into a Publisher 2000 website? I've used Black
Chancellery font on a webpage and would like it to come up that way when the
site is visited.
Hmmm..... make it an image?

Black Chancellery is not a web safe font...make an image for limited use
(header or banner)
