Can Forms Adjust in Size?

Is there a way to make a form expand or shrink based on the screen size? I
created my forms on a desktop, using all the available space without the need
to scroll. Know looking at it on a laptop, the text and form is a lot
smaller make it hard to read for some users.

Is there a way to have the forms open up maximized to the entire screen size.

Please let me know.
