Can forms in Business Contact Manager be edited?

I am interested in learning if the actual forms in Business Contact Manager
can be edited to change the titles of the fields as well as changing the
properties. I am looking to add to the number of characters within a
particular field along with renaming a couple of fields.

Unfortunately, we cannot customize forms. This is something that should be
changed in the next version of BCM.
