Basics of system: Intel Celeron 2.0; 512 + 256 MB DDR
memory; profesional XP OS.
Installed Office 2000 and everything else work except
word. Double click on icon and the word will start to
load. However, it will say something like "word encounter
a problem and must shutdown, sorry for the inconvient". I
have down loaded XP service pack 1 and use Norton to do a
win repair. remove and reinstal. Nothing works.
It seems to be rather common problem because I saw teh
same question posted sereval times now on chat rooms.
