I suggest you ask your IT manager at work to set you up to do this. As you
have provided absolutely no information to work with I suspect you may have
trouble implementing the solution.

Depends if your company allows anyone to access their mail server (and
only require login credentials to get in), or if they require that you
connect to their network using VPN so as to regulate just who can reach
their mail server. You'll have to ask your employer how to access their
mail server from your home.
