We have a large campus environment and have recently moved many departments
farther apart. Consequently, we have found that many of us are shuttling to
opposite ends of the campus (which equates to > 1 mile) when we really could
have just stayed at one location if we would have known the location of that
person's last meeting.
That said, is there a way to add more selections - that would be color coded
- to the "Show time as" menu? This way, staff would be able see - via color
code - what part of the campus other meeting invitees are located at - when
setting up subsequent meetings - without having to have permission to their
calendar.
Any help or suggestion on this is appreciated.
