Can I add something that only appears when printed?

What I am looking for is a way in Word 2003 to add text such as "Potentially
Obsolete" or "Reference Only" to a document that will print in the margin or
across the page like a watermark but will not be visible when viewing the
electronic version of the document from the server. I imagine that if this
is possible it would still be visible in places like print preview but not
when a user initially opens the document to read.

Is this possible? Thanks.

Possible, yes, but it would require some kind of macro to enforce it. Would
that be allowed in your environment?
