Can I adjust security settings?

I use Crystal Reports to create PDF's and then email them through Outlook.
Everytime I do this I have to wait through a prompt that says 'A program is
trying to access e-mail addresses through Outlook. Are you sure you want to
do this.'

Can I tell Outlook to accept emails from Crystal Reports without getting
this prompt each time?

No. Check with the vendor of Crystal Reports to see if they have a fix.
Crystal Reports 7 had no fix. Perhaps CR 10 does.
