Can I attach diagrams when sending messages?

Is there any way I can attach a diagram when using this Microsoft newsgroup?

I have an important question to ask in Visio regarding connectors, but
without showing an example on what I am talking about it is hard.

They can't be attached here but you can put the image in some webspace
(you can get many MB for free) or on flickr or similar.
