Only when you keep Outlook open 24/7. You can create a rule that responds to
all mail. You might want to check the webbased mail client provided by your
ISP. Many of them offer automatec responses.

Sure, but you'll have to leave your Outlook running while you're gone. See

Thanks to whomever wrote about going to your web mail and using the vacation
option. I use Earthlink and sure enough there is one there. I modified it
for my purposes and am leaving tomorrow for the WAC Men's basketball
Tournament.
I just wish there was the out-of-office on my "non-commercial" outlook 2007.
