Can I automatically log on to outlook while setup with an exchg. a

Is there anyway to log in to Outlook 2003 or XP and have it remember your
username and password when you are setup on an exhange account (Windows
Server 2003)? Also, when the server is down, and Outllook own't let you get
in to work offline, is there anyway to log into outlook and work with your
calendar and previous emails?
