can I change from the gray color of outlook menubars?

is there a way to do this? i did it for calendar but can't figure out how to do this for the architecture of outlook itself.

I believe this is more of a WINDOWS type of change.

Open Control Panel in Windows
Select DESKTOP THEMES
Then make your changes there accordingly.

However, this will change the look of all programs...
