Can I change Office 2003 screen to look like Office XP?

Perhaps its because of my age but I much prefer the "look" of XP to 2003 &
would like to know if the screen can be modified accordingly. Its not
desperate just a personal preference as I feel its too "wishy washy". I much
prefered the more defined images used in XP.

Can you help or will I just have move into the 21st century.
