can I change the Picture resolution inside Publisher?

I'm having a problem when I export a phblisher file to a jpeg file. The
resolution is terrible. I choose the 300 dpi setting and still it's
pixalated. Also, random text box lines show up when exporting to jpeg (my
settings are set up for no lines). Any Ideas?
