Can I co-ordinate an existing hotmail account and Outlook 2003?

Can anybody tell me how I can co-ordinate my existing hotmail email with a
newly purchased Outlook 2003 product.

when you create a new mail account/mailbox, there will be a drop down to
select a http webserver for hotmail.....

If you have a *free* Hotmail account, it CANNOT be done. You would have to
have set it up prior to September 2004 to do that. (I emphasize the cannot
because there are no ways around it and anything you find on the web
predates the change in the way Microsoft handles free Hotmail accounts.)
