Can I colour the response from a calculation?

I would like to know if it is possible to have the response from a
calculation in colour. i.e. In week 1 I need 40% of my monthly target. If my
sales figure is below 40% I need the result shown in red. is this possible?

Hi Brian

Use Conditional Formatting.
Highlight the cells concerned>format>Conditional Formatting>Cell Value
is>Below>40%>Select Format required.

Conditional Formatting (Format menu) or a Custom Number Format will do it.
