I am outgrowing publisher for my website. Is there a way to convert my
current publisher website into frontpage? TIA.

Best if you hadn't used Publisher in the first place. Start totally from
scratch and do it with the correct program!

It won't be as big or daunting a task as it sounds at first. And
starting again from scratch will also give you an opportunity to make
those small changes that you never quite got around to making.
