can I convert digital photo to negative image on my computer

If anyone knows how to convert a digital photograph to a negative image that
I can display on my computer monitor, please let me know. I would be using
MS Office Picture Manager.

No, but try Irfanview. It's free, it's at www.irfanview.com and it'll convert
images to negative.
