Can i copy my published web site back into Frontpage? File Lost !

Help ! My computer has been upgraded, my original web file that I built my
web site with is no longer, how can i bring the site back into Frontpage
without having to start from scratch and rebuild it.

You Publish or FTP back to your computer in reverse of the way you
sent it to the servers.

I should have also added:
Blank CD's are less than a nickel each these days. Why not start
backing up your data at least on a weekly basis so you have no chance
of losing it?
