Can I create a calendar popup instead of typing in a date?

I am working on a spreadsheet for our physicians and they don't like having
to type in the date. They use their mouse all the time and pulling forward
to use a keyboard slows down their productivity. I want to know if there is
a way to popup a calendar in a column of cells, labeled DATE, where they can
just click on the date they want populated in the field.

I know you can do this in Access and in FrontPage but Excel works best for
what they want to use it for. Your help would be much appreciated. -- RD

insert object.....
Only allows me to create new documents, powerpoint presentations, acrobat
docs, and other ms office products and insert them. There is no calendar
control option. I am using version 2007.

hmm, i'm using office03.

however, you could use
the help from the menu and
research "calendar control"
or "inserting objects"...

I found a third party product that I think will work great.

http://isamrad.com/ExcelCal/default.htm

It is an add in where you can either right-click and enter from the calendar
or go through the add in menu option. Other than this I didn't find a way to
do it from Excel. Thanks for your response!
