Yes, but you'll need to zip it first then import and hyperlink to it.

You can actually, just import it to the page, bypassing
the zipping part of what Mike said. Either way it will
work. In the event you don't ZIP it... just import it,
then inform the users, in order to save the document, do
a RIGHT-CLICK, "Save As". This way, you won't have to
hunt for a zipping utility and figure out how to use it
either.

If you don't zip it then the file will be displayed in the Brower and not
downloaded.
