Can I create a guestbook sign in for my website using Access?

Can I create a sign in using Access for my web site?
I cannot use the guestbook option in Front Page because my
ftp server doesn't support Front Page extensions.

You can use a Jet database on the server (many hosts call that an Access
database) only if they are running Windows, and many do not, but run some
flavor of Unix or Linux. You can't use Access itself for this purpose,
though, unless you could somehow blend Data Access Pages with the rest of
your website (and I haven't heard of that).
