Can I create a page users can edit online?

I'm trying to create a page on my website that another user, on another
computer, can edit online. Is this possible?

sure. you'll need to use some server side scripting. what kind of server,
or what's the domain name?

There are many different 'wikis' that can be used to enable pages put into
the public domain to be edited at will. I would not do so unless you have
the time to babysit each and every page or find a wiki that requires user
login.
