F FSt1 May 18, 2009 #3 hi. yes. in 2003, high light the titles at the top then..... right click>format cells>alignment tab>orientation there is a spin button. up to slant text up, down to slant text down. regards FSt1

G Gord Dibben May 18, 2009 #4 For better appearance, put borders around the "slanted" cells after you have followed the advice of the other responders. Note: the cell will not actually be slanted but will look like it is. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
