Can I create a variable page size for a website in Publisher?

Hi, I would really like to know if it is possible to create variable sized
pages so that content expands and contracts to fill the available window as
it does in proper websites. I've no idea if this is possible with Publisher.
I'm quite new to web design. If anyone can help I'd be most grateful.

yes, can't be done in Publisher. you need to use flexible tables to
expand/contract a webpage to always fill the browser's viewport.

typically you'd use a three column table with two fixed width outer columns
and one middle column that collapses...still it's a little tricky.
