can i create an address book for printing off labels

I would like to create an address book to print labels for my Xmas Cards
preferably offline has anyone any suggestions, i have done this before but i
am having problems printing them since transferring info to my laptop, i am
not very good on the computer so will need clear instructions please. Thanks

Is this a Word problem?
