Can i Create an hyperlink in a shape to that shape Data?

I'm trying to create a hyperlink in a shape that link's me directly to that
shape data without use of reports or external data.
The point of this is: when publishing a pdf of de Visio 2007 document, the
hiperlinks i've created work in the pdf or in the visio viewer.

Any sugestions?
