I tried to created a index table, but i have in the report with multiple sub
reports that sometimes somenones are visible and other times are invisible
between subreports. I want that when some are invisible the pages in the
table of content updated. The data in each subreprt always is the same. Ex.
Introduction(subreport1),Scope(subreport2),etc...
