Can I delay delivery of my e-mail until later?

I have written an e-mail and saved it in Outlook. However I would like it to
send at a specific point in the future when I will not be logged on to action
it manually. Is this possible and if so how?

It works in Outlook when Outlook is open just as Rules etc require Outlook
to be open and the simple operation of sending email requires the Outlook
process open.
Delayed delivery is not an Exchange specific feature.

I did not see the option for Do not Deliver before in the options tab in
Outlook 2007 Can you give me a step by step guide on this

So if I have done all these things, using Outlook 03 and an exchange server,
is there a reason this is still not working. I have tried both turning off
the PC and leaving it up and running outlook. I am courious to see if there
is a setting on the server which might disable this from occuring?
